3. Verify everything independently
You must independently verify all mortgage rates, fees, eligibility, amortization, insurance, prepayment terms, penalties and other conditions directly with the relevant lender, mortgage broker, lawyer, notary or accountant before making any financial decision.

- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale or overload the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Estima.ca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed CAD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
